  Wonderful customer service, always helpful, clean and stock levels always very high. New paved parking at the rear is great.

  Staff and pharmacist are always friendly and helpful. Chemist Warehouse has a huge range and variety of everything you need from a Chemist and more. Prescriptions usually don't take long and they have chairs to sit in. Prices are fairly reasonable. I was very disappointed that they chose not to give out flu shots this year.

  The pharmasist here has no idea. He told my mum her doctor is lying about sending scripts through. For depression, she is all over the place with waiting 4 days to get her scripts sorted. I can hear him over the phone showing mum his computer screen for proof when she can't read, or has never used a computer or sent an email. The doctors and pharmacist need to realise they are dealing with the unwell and the elderly. Duty of care is no longer in the medical industry in Mackay. It's very sad and disappointing.
