- Glenda west Added February 11, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I’d just like to be able to contact this post office and let them know I can’t pick up a parcel till next week, I’m out of town. No one to answer the local number. The 131 number had a 25minute wait (???!!). I know this post office. The girls are lovely, efficient and always helpful so this can’t be their doing. My rating for them would have been a five star but this is just ridiculous. Why isn’t there a system where a simple call, leave a message, something?? Going back to the fill in forms which do not fit my query and which possibly will not work either. What happened to the customer service format the post office had once?
- Leanna Marsh Added February 10, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The new people are nice but I really miss the lovely ladies who used to work there. Found the parcel packs I needed. Postage is expensive but not the staff's fault. Cute gifts and cards for kids and adults. Doesn't open Saturday.
